Abstract

The human dependency on the internet and its services has been phenomenal which makes the web as a vital component. The power of the Web is in its universality. Person with Disabilities (PwDs) have equal opportunity to access this vital resource in a barrier-free setup. It is imperative to gauge the quality of the web pages and ensure that every individual can access the services without any barrier. Accessibility and readability issues are emanating in the information retrieval process for PwDs. Delivery of accessible web resources while considering the cognition level of the client remains a challenge.
